INFORMATION FOR VENDORS

• You can sign in and set up your booth between 11AM and 4PM. The event starts at 4pm. You must close and clean up by 9PM.
• Booths 1 to 22 are outdoor. Booths 26 to 54 are indoor.
• If your booth has been arranged to access electricity, please bring (1) a long extension cord, (2) tape to fix it to the floor, and (3) a mat to place over the cord to prevent tripping -- this is required by Crosstown.
• If you sell food, please follow the county's food safety guideline for vendors (pages 9-10). Important items include: (1) using gloves to serve food, (2) covering your hair if necessary, and (3) keeping the counter clean.
• Organizers will have food vouchers for our VIP guests and volunteers. Please accept them. We will reimburse you later.
• Organizers reserve the exclusive right to sell water and soda.

THÔNG TIN CHO VENDORS

• Anh chị có thể sign in và sắp xếp quầy từ 11AM. Chợ Đêm mở cửa 4PM. Đóng quầy 9PM.
• Quầy 1 tới 22 bên ngoài sân. Quầy 26 tới 54 bên trong.
• Nếu anh chị đã được sắp vào quầy có điện, xin mang theo dây điện, bănng keo dán dây điện xuống đất, và một tấm thảm nhỏ để lên trên để đi không bị vấp (đây là điều lệ của Crosstown).
• Nếu quầy bán đồ ăn, xin lưu ý an toàn thực phẩm (dùng bao tay chuẩn bị đồ ăn, giữ quầy sạch, v.v.)
• Chúng tôi sẽ có phiếu cho một số quý khách và nhân viên. Xin quý vị nhận phiếu . Chúng tôi sẽ trả tiền lại cho quý vị.
• Ban tổ chức sẽ độc quyền bán nước lọc và soda.
